Park City Mountain Resort and Canyons Resort plan to combine for 2015-2016 to create the largest single ski and snowboard resort in the United States. A new 8 passenger gondola connection, along with the new King Con Express Six-pack and Motherlode Express Quad make up just some of the improvements totaling over fifty million US dollars for the 2015-16 season. With over 7,300 acres, 300+ trails, 38 lifts, seven terrain parks, six natural half pipes, one super pipe and one mini pipe, plus many diverse ski-in/ski-out and village adjacent lodging properties, Park City is an easily accessible, world-class mountain destination located in an authentic & historic western town.

outdoor dining and features a welcoming lounge with an amazing selection of wines.

Bistro at Canyons

Cuisine: Modern American Kosher
For guests seeking out traditional bistro fare, this Paris-style spot is the first restaurant of its kind in North America serving modern American kosher cuisine at a ski resort. Try: Beef cheek gnocchi with roasted root vegetables and oven-dried tomatoes.

Red Tail Grill

Cuisine: Southwestern
Offering amazing views of the mountain and located on the Ski Beach, Red Tail Grill features an innovative southwest menu served in a rustic setting. This is the perfect gathering spot for family-friendly dining all day long, and with its outdoor deck on the Ski Beach, this is a perfect après ski spot.

Cloud Dine

Located on Dream Peak, this ski-in, ski-out restaurant offers guests an entirely new concept in on-mountain dining. It’s innovative, made-to-order menu features a combination of uniquely healthy and traditionally hearty selections to keep you fueled for a full day on the mountain.

Located off the mid-station of the Orange Bubble Express and the top of Short Cut lift, Lookout Cabin is known for its impeccable table-served Rocky Mountain cuisine and incredible views of the Wasatch Range.

Legends Bar & Grill is the place to après ski after your day on the slopes. Come in and enjoy the legendary food and a tasty beverage while you recount the day’s adventures. If you’re looking for a sit down lunch or dinner, Legends offers a great full service menu.

Snow Hut Lodge – **NEW for 2015/2016 season

The Snow Hut restaurant is the perfect place to enjoy a cozy lunch and watch the action.  The menu offers a variety of homemade soups, made to order sandwiches and fresh tossed salads. This brand new mountain Restaurant will have 500 indoor seats, large deck and state of the art food servery. The Snow Hut Lodge will be located at the base of the Silverlode lift and the brand new interconnect gondola.

Summit House

The Summit House is the on-mountain spot to get a tasty slice of pizza, our famous bison chili or a fresh mixed salad from an updated food servery area.  You can easily access the Summit House from 5 different chairlifts – so no matter where you’re coming from or what trail you’re skiing next, the Summit House is most likely on your way.

 Red Pine Lodge

A perfect location to relax or grab a quick bite and continue on your winter adventure or just warm up with a cup of hot chocolate and a cookie. Come and sample all of your favorites.


Alpine Coaster

Climb into the toboggan-style cars of the Alpine Coaster and get ready for the ride of your life. You’ll enjoy the beautiful Wasatch mountain scenery as the automated lift system whisks you to the top of the track. Then, hold on tight as you go whizzing down the mountain on nearly 4,000 feet of curves, bends and loops. It’s a ride you won’t soon forget.


Zip Tour Adventure

Experience the thrill of soaring over the mountain on this one-of-a-kind family adventure. Start with a zip line that stretches 800 feet and offers a tree-top ride through the Red Pine area. Then culminate your day on Utah’s longest zip line, stretching nearly 2,000 feet across the canyon between Lookout Peak and Red Pine Lodge.


Guided Snowshoe Tours

We have a unique network of snowshoe trails hidden among the spectacular skiing. Every guided tour is created with a unique destination, experience or adventure in mind.


Horse Drawn Sleigh Rides
Snuggle in for a scenic 30-minute horse drawn sleigh ride through Willow Draw showcasing a night-time winter wonderland after the lifts have closed.


Throughout the winter, we host special events including:

  • Santa Skis Free (December)
  • New Year’s Eve Celebration and Ski Beach Fireworks
  • Sprint US Grand Prix for Snowboarding and Freeskiing
  • Spring Grüv (March) An annual tradition celebrating the arrival of spring. The resort hosts four free concerts in Canyons, as well as the events like Pond Skimming, Operation Smile Celebrity Ski Race.
